To request a refund on eligible products and services, contact CCOHS Client Services at 1-800-668-4284 or online. CCOHS reserves the right to refuse any return.
Physical products (such as posters, publications, and promotion tools) may be returned within 30 days from the purchase date. Returned materials must be in original condition and packaging, to be eligible for a refund. All returns must be processed on a CCOHS return authorization form that can be obtained by contacting CCOHS Client Services. Products shipped back without a return authorization form will not be accepted. CCOHS does not cover the cost of shipping products to CCOHS.
An eligible refund will be issued in accordance with the original payment method. Please note the following conditions associated with the different types of refund/credit:
Refunds will be processed at the price paid on the original sales order. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
If the products were provided under a contractual agreement in which its terms supersede those of this return policy, return approval must be obtained from CCOHS Client Services prior to shipping any materials back to CCOHS.
If an incorrect item was received or if the package was damaged, contact CCOHS Client Services to request a Return Shipping label so the product can be shipped back at CCOHS’ expense. If the shipping label is not used, the cost of shipping will not be reimbursed.
Any CCOHS product or service purchased in a PDF or e-Publication format is not eligible for a refund
Within 30 days of purchase, a video session or e-course seat can be refunded, provided that it has not been accessed or started. All contractual agreements for licensing or use of multiple seat e-course products are subject to the terms and conditions of the originating agreement.
Subscriptions can be cancelled within the first 30 days of the Subscription period to receive a pro-rated refund of the License Fee, as determined by CCOHS. All subscription products, including but not limited to database subscriptions, CANManage and Canadian enviroOSH Legislation services, are subject to the terms and conditions of their associated Subscription Agreements.
As a reseller of CSA Group standards, CCOHS is unable to refund, replace or credit any CSA electronic documents purchased. Contact CCOHS Client Services before purchase to ensure the correct document has been selected.
A refund may be requested up to 30 days before an event. A cancellation fee may apply. Within 30 days of the event, registration can only be transferred to another party. Transfer requests must be made through CCOHS Client Services.
Sales of CCOHS memberships are final and non-refundable.
